Koningsdag – Dutch Kings Day

In collaboration with The International Beer Collector for the first time in what will now become a new annual event, we will be celebrating all things Dutch (Particularly Good Beers)

Plus we will be rolling out some super Dutch menu items from our kitchen including –
Dutch Frites in a cone w/ Remia Sauce
Bitterballen w/ cheese dipping sauce
Rookworst Plate w/ smashed potato & kraut
Stroopwafels w/ dutch Vanilla Ice Cream & Caramel Sauce

On tap we will be pouring some of the best beers you will try EVER!
Brouwerij Kees Caramel Fudge Stout – 11.5%
Brouwcafé de Molen x Omnipollo Imperial Pineapple IPA – 8.5%
Emelisse Brouwerij Espresso Stout – 9.5%
Brouwerij Kees Hazy Sunrise – NEIPA – 7.1%

Plus we will have an incredible variety of super fresh Netherlands beers available by bottle on the day. (Bottle list below)

De Molen:
Cher & Choco (10%) – collab. with Brussels Beer Project – Oatmeal Imperial Stout with cacao nibs and cherries – Inspired by the famous German dessert Schwarzwälder Kirschtörte (Black Forest Cherry Torte)
Quirks & Quinine (8%) – collab. with Beavertown (UK) – Gin & Tonic saison – spiced saison with juniper berries
Us & Them (12.3%) – Imperial Stout with raisins, figs, vanilla and orange zest
Vuur & Vlam (6.2%) – ‘Fire & Flame’ is their famous IPA house beer
Verdeel & Heers BA (9.8%) – barrel aged Imperial Stout spiked with Brettanomyces
Bommen & Granaten (11.9%) – Barley Wine (this is the beer they used to make their cheese)

Kees:
It’s A Blond! (6%) – Pils + Munchener malt, coriander, mango, amarillo dry-hop, fermented with Westmalle yeast
Anniversary #3 (8%) – Coconut Porter
Mosaic Hop Explosion (5.5%)
Frick & Frack (11.3%) – collab. With De Molen – Smoked Barley Wine

Monday Feb 5 we’ll be open from 9am for Super Bowl 52. Come down and enjoy the Patriots taking on the Eagles with 21 taps of Independently owned Australian beer & cider, and food from our American diner inspired menu including our famous buffalo wings, ribs, burgers, pizzas & more…

We’ll have our big projector screen with sound running plus both mirror TV’s and an extra temporary gigantic flat screen at the other end of venue so there won’t be a bad spot to watch Americas biggest game!

Supercars FAQ’s

Q – Are we open?
A – Yes, from 9am (Fri, Sat & Sun)

Q – Do I need a supercars ticket to come in?
A – For entry prior to 6pm YES a race ticket or resident accreditation is required. Pedestrian (NON Ticket holders) access will be open from 6pm each day

Q – Can we book tables?
A – No we will operate as normal (via walk-ins only after 4pm Fri)

Q – Will your normal menu be available?
A – Yes, however due to delivery restrictions some items may sell out by Sunday. (Full menu available all day plus breakfast rolls on Sat & Sun mornings)

Q – Will you have your normal beers on tap or are you restricted to selling Supercars endorsed products?
A – We will be operating our beer list as normal and have no affiliation to Supercars or their endorsed products whatsoever.
